Mr. Corbett joined the Company as a Vice President, Business Development, in June 1998. He began his professional career in 1975 as an Agricultural Research Scientist at Clemson University. From 1978 until October 1991, Mr. Corbett worked as a sales representative for Woolfolk Chemical, Rohm and Haas Company, and Hoechst Roussel Agri-Vet Company. In 1991 he became National Accounts Manager of Hoechst Roussel for the Southern Region, where he coordinated sales activities and programs with key customer accounts. In 1993 he was promoted to sales supervisor for the newly formed company AgrEvo, a merger of Hoechst Roussel Agri-Vet Company and Noram Chemical. In 1995 he was promoted as Southern Region Business Manager in Memphis, Tennessee. Mr. Corbett has a B.S. and M.S. degree from Clemson University
 Herbert L. (Fonnie) Smith

A native of South Carolina, Mr. Smith obtained his B.A. in Business Administration from Frances Marion University in Florence, South Carolina. He began his professional career as a sales representative for Woolfolk Chemical Works in 1976. In 1984 he joined Hoechst-Roussel-Agri-Vet Company (HRAVC). There he worked both Carolinas, Virginia and the Eastern shore of Maryland. In 1994 HRAVC merged with Noram Chemical Company to form AgrEvo USA Co. Mr. Smith was named District Manager with responsibility for sales and marketing programs in the Southwest. He was later named District Manager of the Southeast with the same responsibilities. In 1999 AgrEvo merged with Rhone-Poulenc Ag Company to form Aventis CropScience. Mr. Smith was named Sales Representative and Accounts Manager over key accounts in the South. He joined Chem Nut on August 1, 2000 and was named Vice President of Marketing.
 Gregory Stephen Fowler

Mr. Fowler was the Marketing Manager for the Company from April 1990 to December 1993, assuming the position of Vice President for Marketing in December 1993. Mr. Fowler began his career with Thompson-Hayward in 1980 as a research assistant. Subsequently he worked as a Sales Representative for Ciba-Geigy from December 1981 to March 1989 and as a Regional Manager for the Chemical Division of Gold Kist from March 1989 to April 1990. He has held several board positions, including President, with the Georgia Weed Science Society and has served as Treasurer for the Agricultural Chemical Association of Georgia. Mr. Fowler received a B.S. in Biology from Oglethorpe University and a Masters Degree in Plant Pathology and Pest Management from the University of Georgia.
 Ricky Cook

Ricky comes to us from UAP where he served in various functions for 23 years. Most recently, Ricky was a Vice President – General Manager with total sales, marketing and personnel responsibility for 18 retail locations, in the southeast. A native of Texas he began his career working in a retail operation owned by his family. Ricky has managed businesses for UAP in Texas, Louisiana, Memphis and most recently Columbia, South Carolina.
Ricky earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at West Texas A&M University. He served as President of Louisiana Agriculture Industry Association and is currently a member of the South Carolina Agriculture Chemical Association and the North Carolina Plant Food Association.
 Keith Thomas

Mr. Thomas joined the company as Chief Financial Officer in March of 2001.He formerly was a Supervisor with Draffin & Tucker, CPA's of Albany, Georgia. He comes to Chem Nut with experience in audits, compilations, and reviews for corporations, partnerships, and governmental entities, as well as experience in tax and estate planning. Mr. Thomas is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in the State of Georgia and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is active in numerous civic activities and serves on the Board of Directors of the Food Bank of Southwest Georgia and the Artesian City Sertoma Club. He is a cum laude graduate of Valdosta State University where he received a BBA in Accounting.
