 Chris Payne

A native of Manchester, Tennessee, Mr. Payne attended Carson Newman College and has a B.S. Degree from Western Kentucky University and a M.S. Degree from University of Tennessee in Entomology. Mr. Payne began his career with the North Carolina Extension Service in 1982. From 1984 until present Chris has been with Bayer CropScience and its legacy companies of Union Carbide, Rhone Poulenc and Aventis. He has held positions of Sales Representative, Field Development Representative, Technical Service Representative, Product Development Manager, Southeast District Manager and most recently, East District Sales Manager. During his career he has lived in Idaho, Florida (3 times) and North Carolina (twice). Chris has a proven record and brings to Chem Nut, Inc. a wealth of experience in managing people and creating solutions to marketing and crop protection issues. Additionally he has been instrumental in developing seed markets and technologies throughout the South and introducing new products into New England and Florida vegetable and tree fruit markets.
 Gregory Stephen Fowler

Mr. Fowler was the Marketing Manager for the Company from April 1990 to December 1993, assuming the position of Vice President for Marketing in December 1993. Mr. Fowler began his career with Thompson-Hayward in 1980 as a research assistant. Subsequently he worked as a Sales Representative for Ciba-Geigy from December 1981 to March 1989 and as a Regional Manager for the Chemical Division of Gold Kist from March 1989 to April 1990. He has held several board positions, including President, with the Georgia Weed Science Society and has served as Treasurer for the Agricultural Chemical Association of Georgia. Mr. Fowler received a B.S. in Biology from Oglethorpe University and a Masters Degree in Plant Pathology and Pest Management from the University of Georgia.
 Donny Oleniczak

A native of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Donny attended Michigan State University receiving a B.S. Degree in Crop Science and a M.S. Degree in Weed Science and Herbicide Physiology. Donny began his career in New York with Monsanto, then to Michigan in Sales with Haviland, a regional agri-chemical distributor, and later in sales with Stauffer Chemical before spending 25 years with Bayer CropScience and Legacy companies. Donny held positions in sales, account management, and was the product marketing manager for fungicides and the harvest aid product line. During his career he has lived in Michigan, New York, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida. From 1998 to 2002 Donny had sales account management responsibility for Chem Nut during the Aventis days. Donny brings a strong background in sales marketing and account management.
 Keith Thomas

Mr. Thomas joined the company as Chief Financial Officer in March of 2001. He formerly was a Supervisor with Draffin & Tucker, CPA's of Albany, Georgia. He comes to Chem Nut with experience in audits, compilations, and reviews for corporations, partnerships, and governmental entities, as well as experience in tax and estate planning. Mr. Thomas is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in the State of Georgia and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives. He is active in numerous civic activities and is a member of the Albany Rotary Club. He served on the Board of Directors of the Food Bank of Southwest Georgia, the Artesian City Sertoma Club, the Lee County Chamber of Commerce, and the Georgia Agribusiness Council, as well as coaching youth sports with the Albany Area YMCA. In 2006, he was named one of Southwest Georgia’s “40 under 40” by the Albany Herald. Mr. Thomas is a cum laude graduate of Valdosta State University where he received a BBA in Accounting.
